It has always been fascinating listening to people's "conversion stories". Most of the time the Holy Spirit works as an artist, with subtlety, while customizing the message. Like all real art, it touches something eternal in each person and requires a kind of discernment to realize its importance. However, on occasion the Spirit is not so artsy craftsy and smacks you upside your head just hard enough to get your attention. Yeah, those of us lucky enough to get this kind of attention are in need of focus, and like kids, require extra attention from Dad. Congratulations! you are in great company, many regular people became saints after realizing that in the Father's Presence we are children. Only now we have explicit evidence. Get to work.
